Academy of arts, Arnhem; advertising and interior designer, drawing teacher and independent artist.

In this sequence his career has developed, much varied but with one goal: "being creative".

As a painter he can fully realize this. His preference for larger format canvasses doesn't prevent his working on smaller size paintings.

He paints with acrylics on linen and paper, with brushes as well as with the palet knife, transparent as well as opaque, which produces fascinating and colorful compositions.

Important themes are: movement and speed. New in his collection are the large square, unframed works, whereby the paintings continue on the sides.
